Description
June 22, 1-3 pm, TDSC air-conditioned classroom.
Ladies and young ladies from 13 and up!! (Under 18 requires attendance of
parent/guardian).
Ladies, does your job require you to be out late hours? How about the gym before
dark or that parking garage, are you on high alert? What about the stranger
approaching? Does your daughter walk to school, drive, go to the college library
at all hours? Ever thought about coaching and training in self-protection?
Awareness? Let’s be honest, WE ALL NEED TRAINING AND PRACTICE IN NONLETHAL
SELF PROTECTION!! We are smaller and not as strong as the great
majority of male attackers. We have seen the tragic stories of women being
assaulted and/or killed while jogging in what they thought were “good” areas.
Learn awareness, evaluating a situation, interactions with potential threats, how to
move, and how to strike effectively so you can improve your chances of getting
away!!
This class with be the first in a series and introduces you to training your mind and
body to evaluate, move and escape. Wear your athletic clothes and bring your
energy as you join us for survival training in today’s urban environment. Your life is
worth it!!
