Late Policy:  Customers who purchase bay time online or in advance will have 15 minutes to make to still use their prearranged bay time.  Customers who show up after 15min will lose their time if another customer requests that time slot.  Customers who lose their time slot will be allowed to reschedule within reason. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
