Vehicular Defense Tactics
Learn how to defend yourself from inside and outside a vehicle with Tango Down's Vehicular Defensive Tactics class. Whether you're in a car, truck, or SUV, we'll teach you how to properly exit a vehicle and engage threats, as well as how to defend yourself from an exited vehicle. With this class, you'll be fully prepared to handle any threat that may come your way.
Comprehensive Pistol Course
Our comprehensive pistol course is designed to take beginner, novice and intermediate shooters to the next level. We train you on everything from weapons familiarization and operation to proper grip, stance and engaging targets with both hands. Our training methodology is to train to standard and not to time so we schedule classes to ensure a “1 to 2” instructor to student ratio. So whether you have had training before but lack the necessary confidence to carry a firearm, or are an intermediate shooter and would like to hone your current skillset, this course is for you.
Concealed Carry: Tactics & Techniques
Learn to carry and employ a concealed weapon in a variety of tactical and situational scenarios with Tango Down's Concealed Carry Tactics & Techniques class. Our instructors will teach you to identify tactics for various threat scenarios, draw and shoot while moving, and draw and shoot situationally. After this course, you'll be ready to carry a concealed weapon confidently and safely.
SHOOTING & MOVING IN THE HOME (S.M.I.T.H.)©
Shooting and Moving in the Home (S.M.I.T.H.) ©. This course will train 1st -time and “moderately” trained gun owners to shoot and move in their home while remaining tactically sound (think of it as room clearing 101). Upon completion, students will be able to defend themselves (with confidence) while safely and tactically maneuvering in their home for the purposes of securing escape, family members, or both.
Precision Rifle II
Take your Precision Rifle skills to the next level. This course will lead you from rifle setup, boresight/zero to shooting from various platforms and positions. Shooters will learn how to use and read their scope data and properly record your data for future engagements. You will learn how to observe and call winds as well as engage flashing targets (Snaps) and moving targets (Movers). Shooters will engage targets out to 500 yds on our long-range lanes.
